Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze medical records to ensure proper coding of diagnoses, procedures, and services.
- Assign appropriate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on medical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations, coding guidelines, and payer-specific requirements.

- Participate in audits and quality assurance activities to ensure coding accuracy.
Qualifications:
