Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing HR strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Assist in performance management and employee appraisal processes.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and skill gaps.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Officer, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
  • Experience with HR databases and applicant tracking systems.
